MUDOJANG Hamburg
We are and will remain the HAN KOOK Hamburg! But we are now more than just Taekwondo. With us you can learn Korean Mudo Taekwondo, Olympic competition Taekwondo and Haidong Gumdo. We attach great importance to DO.
So why "MUDOJANG" now? Because "Mudo" (Korean for "way of fighting") is a generic term for all Korean martial arts which, in addition to the fighting technique, also contain a philosophy in the sense of the term "Do", or "spiritual way". This includes many martial arts that contain "Do" in their name. This is the case in Taekwondo, Hapkido and Haidong Gumdo. Incidentally, the Japanese translation of Mudo is much better known in the western world, it is "Budo". (Wikipedia "Mudo")
